Your site must meet all the conditions below to qualify. If you do you may use the form below to apply.
You must also agree the terms below & to The Shopper's Market

Commercial, personal & adult sites may apply
Site must be in English
Password/Username/Membership protected sites may also apply
You will need to provide us with a Password/Username, if required,
which must remain active
We must be able to gain full access to all parts of your site, without
exception
The Site must be well designed and well organised
Ease of navigation
Your site Must have a Privacy Policy
No sites that are Warez, Hacker, Illegal, Abusive, Racist,
Discriminatory, Defamatory, etc
No link farms
No sites that are still under construction
We must not find broken links or graphics
We must not find spelling mistakes, bad grammar, poor
punctuation,etc
Minimum or no Popups/Popunders, etc
No misleading/false links
You must not display an award unless you win
You will not alter the award in any way
You must download the award if you win & upload it to your server
You will provide a text link, to link back to The Shopper's Market, to go with the award
You will link to The Shopper's Market on your site, not just on your
awards page.
Linking to The Shopper's Market
The Shopper's Market will periodically check your site, if you
change your site in the future & it breaches our criteria/rules the
award/s will be withdrawn, or if we cannot gain full access to your site
Any Password/Username must remain active)

If your site is rejected we will inform you why. You may reapply again
if you meet the conditions
If you win an award you may also apply again to try to win another
award, if you meet the conditions for other awards

Award submission
On very rare occasions your email may
not be received. If you do not receive a response within 8 weeks please submit again, thank you. As we
have many applying for an award it may take this long to check your site. If it is to take longer we will
email you & let you know
